Access to The Horus Superyacht Cup Village and all the social events is by invitation only. All participating yachts, crew, guests and sponsors will be requested to accredit on site at the Event Office to receive entry identification bracelets. Press are requested to accredit online prior to arrival and collect their Press pass at the Main Entrance.

The Regatta Village will be open to the public on Saturday June 27th from 10.00 – 14.00 only.

Wednesday June 24th – Registration Day

10.00 – 16.00	Yacht/Sponsor Registration at Regatta Village
16.00	Press Briefing (Accredited press only), Press Centre
17.00	Sponsor Briefing (Sponsors only), Main Tent
19.30 – 20.00	Captains Briefing
20.00 – 22.00	Welcome Cocktail Party, Regatta Village

Thursday June 25th – Race Day 1

9.30 – 10.00	Captains Briefing
11.00 – 12.00	Yachts leave the Dock
13.00	Race 1, start for first yacht
16.00 – 18.00	Yachts return to the Dock
18.00 - 20.00	“Happy Hour” in Regatta Village
From 18.00	The Yacht Report Group Caribbean BBQ with live music, Regatta Village. Loud Caribbean Shirts Compulsory! (There will be a best dressed crew prize)

Friday June 26th – Race Day 2

9.30 – 10.00	Captains Briefing
11.00 – 12.00	Yachts leave the Dock
13.00	Race 2, start for first yacht
16.00 – 18.00	Yachts return to the Dock
18.00 – 20.00	Wayfarer Marine ‘Happy Hour’, Regatta Village
From 18.00	Spanish Paella Party with live entertainment, Regatta Village
19.00 – 21.00	Owner's “Yacht Hop” – By Invitation Only

Saturday June 27th – Horus Race – Day 3

9.30 – 10.00	Captains Briefing
10.00 – 14.00	Regatta Village open to public (Saturday Only)
11.00 – 12.00	Yachts leave the Dock
13.00	Race 3, start for first yacht
16.00 – 18.00	Yachts return to the Dock
20.00 –	The Horus Superyacht Cup 2009 Prize-Giving Evening at Es Baluard Museum. Live music until midnight. Dress: smart casual
